Delivery Options:
At Howard’s Clothing we post only using Royal Mail.
We now post all our parcels by the Tracked 48. With the constant increase in postage for 1st class delivery after conducting a survey on our socials the feedback was to go ahead with Tracked 48. You will still get your Howard’s Goodies in a reasonable time frame!
- Tracked 48 aims to deliver your parcel within 2 to 3 working days.
- Tracked to delivery point.
- Photo on delivery.
- You will receive a dispatch email as soon as your goodies have been wrapped and in the postal bag. We do our utmost best to get them posted that same day.
Currently we can’t offer a guaranteed next day delivery. If for any reason you need your parcel ASAP we are always just a message away. Drop us a note on your order or send us a direct email with your order number. If we haven’t already posted we can arrange this with you for a quicker delivery.
Orders placed after 1pm Monday – Friday will be posted the following working day.
Returns Policy:
If for some unfortunate reason your dissatisfied with your Howard’s delivery and you need to return an item(s), please read the following terms and conditions to make the process as hassle free as possible.
Items must be;
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Makeup stain free
- Perfume and strong odour free
- Original tags MUST still be attached
We are happy to refund items in a saleable condition. However we can not offer exchanges due to the high levels of turnover in most products. If you would like an alternative size or a different garment we would recommend once returned goods have been received to place a new order.
Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch date shown on your delivery note. At this time we do not offer free returns service therefore returns postage cost is your responsibility.
We would highly recommend using an economy tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items. We would advise to keep your proof of postage until your parcel has arrived safely with us at Howard’s HQ!
Once we have received your return we will process your refund within 7 working days.
Faulty Goods
Oh no! We apologise that you have received a faulty item! Please contact us at customercare@howardsclothing.co.uk
We aim to reply to you within 2-3 working days. We will refund returns postage charge in most cases. However please note we will only refund £3.20 for up to 2kg using royal mail 2nd class delivery.
